About the Role
We are seeking dedicated and knowledgeable tutors to provide one-on-one
online instruction to K–12 and/or test-prep students.
Tutors will be responsible for delivering engaging, structured lessons,
identifying learning gaps, and adapting instruction to each student’s
individual needs. Sessions may include homework support, concept review,
skill-building, and exam preparation depending on the student.
Tutors are expected to create a supportive learning environment, explain
concepts clearly using step-by-step methods, and communicate progress
professionally with students and parents when needed.
Requirements
Strong understanding of K–12 math concepts
Ability to teach step-by-step and break down complex problems
Experience tutoring elementary, middle school, or high school math
Comfortable teaching Algebra I & II and Geometry (Pre-Calculus a plus)
Ability to identify learning gaps and adjust instruction accordingly
Reliable internet connection and familiarity with Zoom or online whiteboards
Patient, professional, and student-focused teaching style
